Welcome to your club. The club is to be informal, relaxed and very friendly but at the same time professional.
DINNER & DANCE

We must have 60 people to have the room for free so get booking.
The AGM will be at 5pm prompt followed by the meal. This is your chance to choose the Committee and have your say about the Club. If you wish anything to be put on the agenda please ring Shirley 01823 276143 or 07986285693
PETERBOROUGH
Our first show of 2007 will be Peterborough I hope you have all entered by now or expect to be disappointed. If you get stuck with entry let Shirley know she may be able to help out.
The trailer will be there but Polly the Peterbilt may be left at home as we have 14 shows this year we can’t afford to take her to all. We shall take up any offers of help from other drivers to get her from ‘a’ to ‘b.’ Polly will definitely go to Thruxton, Uttoxeter, Shepton, BIBIC and a couple of others but we will finalise this at the AGM.
CRICKET ST THOMAS SHOW
This is being run by Blue Ridge Runners and all profits going to St Margaret’s Hospice in Taunton. The Show will be run similar to BIBIC an assortment of vehicles with night tie entertainment. A run is being organised for Saturday like BIBIC.
CHILDRENS CONVOY 2007
The Children’s Convoy is progressing well. On 5th Feb the proposal will go before Bristol Council and it should then be just to cross the T’s and dot the I’s. The Convoy will go to Bristol Zoo and the lorries will park on the downs. More details to finalise at the AGM and the April newsletter.

ASSAN 2007 4th & 5th August
Shirley has rung Holland about this event and it looks very unlikely the trailer will be able to go. They have lost 1 mile of track so it’s cut the trucks from 3,000 to 2,000 and we would not be able to confirm until June although a few of us are still interested in going. Shirley has done all the ground work so all you need to do is group yourselves up and book it. The truck site you have to send photos of your truck to for consideration is www.truckstarnl
